I always choose this place for my stay. I have no regrets. The staff helped me return the documents I left. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a restaurant. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the surrounding hills and even Mount Etna in the distance. the pool was also a great feature, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the Sicilian heat. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Finding the hotel was quite a challenge, as the narrow and steep streets proved to be tricky to navigate. It may be best to rely on the hotel's assistance in reaching the property.

We had the most breathtaking views from our room at Case Al Borgo. Being on the top of the rock the city was built on, we were treated to an extraordinary view of Mount Etna and its surroundings. The ride to the top was a little scary but exploring the old streets with churches and a castle was worth it. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the top of the castle was a must-do experience. Mario, our host, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

case al borgo surpassed my previous stay in agira, with its spectacular view, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious and the entertainment on sunday was a highlight. the hotel location in the historical center was perfect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable - with breathtaking views of the lake and Etna. The location was excellent - close to a lively piazza at the bottom of the hill. The host - Mario - was incredibly friendly and accommodating - going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We gained amazing local insights and enjoyed delicious home-cooked Sicilian food with local wine.
Would be happy to recommend.
